Stromasys Migrates VAX Scan to the OpenVMS/Alpha platform

 

Geneva, Switzerland — Stromasys has been awarded by SFB Diensten BV a project to migrate VAX Scan to the OpenVMS/Alpha platform. The project is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2003. SFB Diensten BV will use the migrated VAX Scan on Alpha to facilitate the migration of their applications from the VAX/VMS platform to the OpenVMS/Alpha platform. In addition SRI will develop a product, AlphaScan, and make it available to further users of VAX Scan who intend to migrate their applications to the OpenVMS/Alpha platform.
