Geneva,
Switzerland - Stromasys is pleased to report a very significant
increase of its CHARON-VAX and CHARON-11
product and services sales in the calendar
year 2004. All three geographies - Europe,
Asia Pacific and Americas - grew significantly.
Europe and Asia Pacific grew slightly faster
than Americas. The excellent market acceptance
of the products and the well-established
value added reseller and service channel
were the main factors supporting the 80%
revenue growth.
The CHARON family of emulator
products are VAX and PDP-11 replacement
systems, running as a software application
on industry standard systems. They present
to the VAX (or PDP-11) software an exact
copy of the original hardware system emulated
in software, and run the original unmodified
operating systems, layered software and
applications.
Mr. Dogan Baser, Sales and Marketing Director of Stromasys, said: "We are pleased to serve our customers to the best of our ability and help to preserve their software investments. The consistent growth of our products and services sales indicates that we are on the right track. We will launch additional VAX emulators in 2005 to cover the entire performance and platform range needed by the market."
Stromasys
specializes in preserving its clients' software
investments by migrating and extending software
